Food trends are constantly changing and are leaning towards a more healthy approach as time goes on. However, on the other hand, junk food is as popular as ever too. So what if you were to combine these equally highly sought out “healthy food options” and “junk” food together? What if you introduced “healthy junk food” in your restaurant?

While some people, set in their ways, might not be accepting of it, most people will be willing to try out something like this. After all, who wouldn’t like a healthier alternative to their favorite junk food while being just as tasty if not more?

You can substitute ice cream with frozen yogurt, butter with margarine and sweets with dried fruit, etc to further enhance your healthy diet.
