The host, Malith, decided to introduce this restaurant to the locale as the demand for Indian and Chinese cuisine in the area is very high, and Spice Trail is now a favorite among the locality. Chinese cuisine is prepared by Chef Kumar, a very experienced Chef in the industry, and Indian cuisine is prepared by Chef Singh, an Indian Chef from Mumbai who is specialized in Indian cuisine.
The variety of dishes available in Spice Trail is remarkable. Some of the notable dishes in the menu are the Prawn Toast with sesame seeds, a great starter to stimulate one’s appetite, Pakchoi and black mushroom, Thai style Pineapple Rice that is available with either Seafood or Chicken and the Fish Tikka Masala that features tender fish fillet simmered in flavorful tomato gravy.
One of their signature dishes is the Spice Trails Special Fried Rice, prepared with hefty servings of seafood and chicken complete with a luscious aroma and an excellent presentation.
Another one of the most popular and tasty dishes is the Mutton Roganjosh. A dish of succulent mutton pieces cooked in whole aromatic spices. An excellent dish for all meat-lovers out there.
It doesn’t come as a surprise to any of us that the Naan dish is the most popular among diners from the multitude of Indian dishes that Spice Trail features.
But that’s not all! Kesari Halwa, an authentic Indian dessert dish made from a fusion of semolina, ghee and cardamom is also rich and flavorsome that showcases the Chef’s finesse.
The restaurant can host up to 60 people subsequently and is open every day, in which they offer lunch from 10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. and dinner from 5:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
